Strengthen how your organization engages audiences and delivers services with website design that’s aligned with your strategy. Make your ideas more accessible and deliver messages that inspire action.
We will design and develop your website using WordPress to provide you a solution with the greatest level of usability and flexibility.
Features and functionality to accept donations, handle email newsletter campaigns, membership based services, and/or a shopping cart to sell goods can become part of your website.
Keeping in touch with people is important. One way is through email campaigns that can reach them day or night. We believe MailChimp is a great solution for all of our clients, big or small. We can tailor it or any other email service to your marketing needs.
Do you have items that you sell and are wanting to make available to online shoppers? WooCommerce is a robust e-commerce solution that allows your customers to browse your goods and to make secure purchases online. Making money online while away from the office or when you are sleeping can become a reality.
Raising funds for any organization can be a challenge. We can implement a donation system so your donor base can support your organizations efforts.
If you’re a non-profit or other type of organizing with a member base we can setup a system to manage the member base and revenues.
First and foremost we focus on providing value beyond just a product. Your business consists of more than the nuts and bolts of a website.
We want to learn about your business, needs, goals, and problems during the Discovery phase of our business process. It’s important for us to understand what your brand should communicate, who you are hoping to reach, and your objectives of the website. By the end of this session we will have a firm understanding of the technology and tools needed to implement the site.
The design must communicate your brand and quickly capture the attention of your audience. We will present you with design concepts based upon what we gathered during discovery. You will select the one concept that fits your taste which will be integrated into the development process. Change requests to the chosen design style can be made at this time.
At this point the chosen design will be turned in to a full website using the technology and tools identified in the Discovery session. Adding the functionality of donation systems, shopping carts and newsletter sign up forms will take place at this point.
We will develop your website on a secure, private server. This means that while under development the new site will not affect the performance of your current site or be visible to the public.
During and at the end of the development phase we will test the site for functionality on desktop/laptop and mobile devices.
Once you have approved the work and it’s ready to be launched we’ll migrate it to your server.
Now the exciting part–The Launch. After you have approved the new website in the Development stage we will migrate it to the hosting server. As we are launching we will go through the website to make sure all parts of it are working properly so that it’s fully functional and presentable to those visiting it. Any other aspects such as setting up email accounts will be coordinated at this time.
We can provide your organization with ongoing monthly management services which includes website maintenance and software updates, or assistance when you need it. Through our support we will solve any issues that may arise, ensuring your website experience continues to be flawless.
How long does it take to create a website?
During the Discovery phase of each project, we work with our clients to develop a project timeline and work schedule.
Every clients’ needs are different and we have the ability to accelerate our timeline for milestones that are critical to your organization, or extend the timeline at your organization’s request.
On average, a design and development job usually takes 2-3 months from start to finish.
What do you charge for a website?
That’s the most common question we get and it’s understandable since many organizations are working with a budget.
Every organization has different design and technical needs. We offer many solutions based on such requirements and can’t quote a cost until we establish the scope of your needs for the website during our Discovery phase.
The short answer: no! We find that it’s best for us to focus on our core strength of offering web design and development and then leave the hosting up to someone that specializes in it.
There are many hosting companies to choose from; with them offering different levels of service and ranges of pricing. We will help you identify your needs and then recommend a hosting company that would be suitable for your website. Often times we do the setup and provide technical assistance as we approach the launch of your website.
